Certain items and criteria need to be met before agreeing to deploy an app out to student iPads. The 1:1 Coordinator works with Instructional Technology Specialists, Department Heads, and teachers in vetting the following items.
Content of advertisements cannot be controlled and therefore poses a risk of inappropriate or suggestive content. Advertisements are not allowed.
Logistics with student accounts can vary and needs to be considered if an app requires students to have accounts.
Has time been spent exploring the app?
Some sites have age restrictions mentioned in the AUP of the app and/or service.

Can final items be shared easily? (Camera Roll, Google Drive, Google Classroom)
