Evaluator have a conversation<\/li>\n<li>\u2264 (less than or equal to) 2 days Educator completes post obs. form<\/li>\n<li>\u2264 (less than or equal to) 2 days Evaluator makes comments on form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mid-Cycle Assessment due by <strong>January 15<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Summative Assessment due by <strong>May 1<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All forms are in Perform<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rubrics<\/li>\n<li>Form 1 &#8211;
