Curriculum & Instruction Projects are a way for Wellesley educators to collaboratively develop or refine curricula and/or formalize classroom innovations and teaching practices. The result of a C&I Project is a product that can be shared with colleagues.
A proposal for a C&I Project can be initiated by teacher groups or by administrators, and they will be evaluated based on their contribution to department, building and district goals. Successful C&I participants are paid a contractual hourly rate upon approval of their completed final product.
To submit a proposal for a project, please complete the C&I Proposal Form. Obtain the required signatures as indicated on the form, and submit the completed proposal to the Office of Teaching & Learning in Central Office. Proposals will be reviewed by the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning.
