Dear Acastock Families,

We are looking forward to two great nights of music starting this evening at Acastock 2022!

I am writing to you with some updated safety/health guidelines that we will be instituting for both concerts.

After meeting with Dr. Lussier, Ms. Ashley Hulme (Director of Nursing) and members of the Health Department, we have decided to put the following guidelines in place due to the number of audience members who will be attending and the close spacing within the auditorium:

a.  Masks will be required for all audience members. Audience members will be asked to mask when entering the school and keep their mask on throughout the evening.  We ask audience members to bring a mask but we will also have masks available at the door for those who need one.  I ask that you share this message with any family and friends that you know will be attending the concerts over the next two days.

b.  We will require all performers to wear a mask backstage.  Performers will still have the option to perform without a mask when onstage.

We understand this is short notice but we wanted to monitor the situation this week before making a final decision.

I appreciate your continued support, flexibility and understanding as we work towards our ultimate goal of keeping our students performing and safe.

Please reach out with any questions.

Sincerely,
Michael LaCava, Director of Performing Arts
