Dear Upham and Hunnewell Families,

Did you really think we were going to escape the New England snow? It seems that all of the mild winter weather will give way to the snowy mess we are accustomed to navigating. The students will be going outside unless the temperature is too low. Students should be prepared to go outside every day and need to be dressed accordingly. Please make sure your children come to school in appropriate winter gear. Winter gear consists of winter coats (NOT hoodies), hats, mittens, and if there is snow, snow pants, and boots. If we are in the caution zone (low temp/wind chill) and your child is not dressed with the above items, he/she will not be allowed to go outside. Also, if your child comes to school in boots, please make sure they have a pair of shoes for indoors. If you have further questions or concerns please reach out to Ms. Robin.

SBRC (Standards-Based Report Card)

As we move into the midpoint of the school year, I wanted to reach out and provide you with important information and resources related to our Standards Based Report Card (SBRC). Report Cards will be available in the Parent Portal on Friday, January 27 at 3:00 pm.

  1. Our Standards Based Report Card website has many useful links and information.
  1. A FAQ document is available for families.
  1. Paper copies of the report card are no longer provided by each school. The Standards-Based Report Card can be accessed using the Parent Portal.  Please click here for those directions.

Please reach out to the teacher if you cannot view your child’s report card on PowerSchool.

If you need help logging into PowerSchool, please contact portal@wellesleyps.org for login assistance.
