Dear Parents and Students of the Class of 2018,

Welcome to the 2014-2015 school year! We hope your children have had an enjoyable first few weeks at WHS!

Traditionally, the Student Unification Program (S.U.P.) hosts the first Freshman event at the high school in order to promote a sense of unity in the class before the class officers have been elected. This year the Student Unification Program has decided to start the year off with a welcome freshman barbecue!

The barbecue will be held on Friday, September 26th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the WHS courtyard. Students will enter the building through the main lobby beginning at 5:30 p.m. and will proceed through the cafeteria and outside to the courtyard. Students can arrive and leave at anytime from 5:30 to 7:30 and are encouraged to come after a sports practice or other activity!

Entrance will be free, however donations of about $5.00 are encouraged, as S.U.P has to pay expenses to host the event. Any unused donations will go towards funding future unifying events!

At the barbecue there will be hamburgers, hot dogs, and other delicious food as well as vegetarian and nut-free options. The evening will be filled with great food and fun, backyard activities provided by S.U.P. The S.U.P. officers, their advisor, Mrs. Novogroski, and other chaperones will be there throughout the night to make sure that everyone is well behaved and having fun!

If you are interested in donating drinks, food, or other treats for the barbecue, please copy and paste the link below or email one of the S.U.P. officers at:
