Casino Night

Dear Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2018,On behalf of the Freshman Class, we would like to update you about our charity Casino Night event. The event is on March 6th from 7-9 pm. All proceeds from the event will go towards the Wellesley Education Fund. We would just like to reemphasize the fact that there is no real gambling taking place at this event. The purpose of Casino Night is to hold a fun event for our classmates where they can enjoy music, free food, dancing, and most of all, games. The people who attend this event will pay a small $5 entry fee that will cover the cost of the event and will receive poker chips. However, they will not be able to win actual money at the end of the night. This will just be a fun event where people come to play games with their friends. The three games that will be played are: Blackjack, Texas Hold ’em, and 5 Card DrawWe also need your help in making this event a success. We would all greatly appreciate donations of dealer services, food, drink, and casino equipment (cards and chips). We would also really appreciate if you volunteered to be a parent chaperone at the event to help supervise or donate. It is fine if you are not familiar with casino games. Please contact manavirjain@gmail.com if you would like to volunteer or donate. We really hope that both you and your children are excited for Casino Night. Thank you for your time and assistance!Freshman Class Officers
