Sophomore Semi Formal – Tickets Available Online Only

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students of the Class of 2018,The end of the year is just around the corner, signaling the approach of our final sophomore class event! As many of you know, this year we are hosting a semi-formal dance at Elm Bank in Wellesley. Our Elm Banquet will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm at Elm Bank’s historic Hunnewell Building, located at 900 Washington Street in Wellesley.Students must arrive at Elm Bank by 7:30, and will not be allowed to leave until 9:00. The theme of the event is The Great Gatsby, reflecting the famous book read by all students in their English classes this year. The attire is semi-formal, however, students should not feel they need to wear Gatsby themed clothing.Tickets for the event can only be purchased online through the school’s website; please select the online payment link login and follow the prompts for WHS End of Year Event Tickets. All high school outstanding obligations (activity fees, library books, and cafeteria) must be cleared up to purchase a ticket.  Please have your student check in with their house office, library and cafeteria to see if they have any fees/books due.Tickets are $20.00 for Wellesley Sophomores and $25.00 for guests (non-sophomores and students from another school).  If your guest does not attend WHS, please fill out the Guest Form which is attached to this email. All tickets must be purchased before the event and will not be sold at the door.If you are available to help chaperone, please contact the sophomore class officers wellesleyhigh2018@gmail.com.We are anticipating a high turnout at this year’s dance, so it is surely not an event to be missed.
