A Little Action Helps a Larger One

The Wellesley High School Climate Action Club is holding a empty battery drive from October 1st- November 5th. These dead or used batteries will be safely recycled in order to prevent them from going to a landfill where they may release harmful chemicals to the environment. Please leave the batteries in the box outside the main office. Ten batteries may be counted for one NHS or Key Club hour. Note: While all carbon zinc, alkaline, and rechargeable batteries can be donated, please ensure that they are in safe condition (ie not broken/cracked etc)
