Dear Class of 2020 parents/guardians,

We hope that your child enjoyed their Junior Boat Cruise this past Friday! As our junior year comes to an end, we wanted to be in touch with some information regarding the next few weeks.

  1. Parking Raffle Round #2: We’ve got one more full-year parking spot to award a lucky member of our class! Just like our first raffle in February, you can purchase your tickets through WPS’s Fee Payments portal. Tickets are available now through May 31; get ’em while they’re hot!
  2. Student Services: Members of our class have graciously donated their time and services to the community, which you can purchase. You may access the booklet and purchase a service here. Quantities are limited, so sign up soon. Check out the terms and conditions outlined in the booklet for more information.
  3. Community Service: On Thursday, May 23, we will be helping Wellesley DPW by picking up litter gathered along a section of the Brook Path. Please encourage your child to get involved. See a class officer for further details.
  4. Takeover Day: Wednesday, May 29 is the Class of 2020 “Takeover Day,” a WHS tradition where we rising seniors(!) dress to a common theme and celebrate as the oldest students in the school. This year’s theme is “20O,” so encourage your child to wear anything from leopard print socks or shoes to wacky animal onesies.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to one of us or to our faculty advisors, David Charlesworth and Stephanie Giancioppo.

Thank you, and best wishes–

Your Class of 2020 Officers
