The most common include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teacher concern regarding either academic, social\/emotional or attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Guidance concern regarding either academic, social\/emotional or attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Poor academic performance or poor attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Parent request<\/li>\n<li>Assistant Principal referral as a result of a disciplinary issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose of the Student Support Team: To identify students who are not on preexisting Individual Education Plans and are in need of additional academic and\/or social and emotional support.
