Students have the opportunity to learn how to create artwork that moves across a screen here in this quarter long course. Each student learns several software programs to create digital work and/or students are welcome to learn old school Claymation techniques as well. All students all create several short animations by the end of the course.

Mr. Johnson has been teaching full-time at Wellesley High School for over 20 years. He teaches all of the Photography classes. along with Animation, and Digital Art. He has a professional photo studio, a wet darkroom, and state of the art color digital cameras, computers and software. Prior to teaching, Mr. Johnson worked as an Animator, Graphic Designer, and Art Director for different companies.
