Wellesley students have a large dedicated studio room for just drawing and painting. There is enough space for 18 students to work at any time. The studio includes angled drawing tables, flat top tables, floor space for easels, plus a generous storage space for students to store their work when not in class. Students have access to a wide variety of materials and supplies to create their artwork whether it is simply initial sketches, to charcoal drawing exercises, to acrylic paint on canvas, to mixed media works.
