Dear Parents/Guardians:

 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) in conjunction with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) have mandated that all students, both in school and in the Remote Learning School, must receive an Influenza vaccine by December 31, 2020. 

 

Please provide documentation of your child’s flu vaccination to me as soon as possible (prior to Mon 12/21/2020 so that records can be updated prior to the winter break).  

 

*Proof of vaccination is required in order to attend in person learning January 2021*
