Bring your Love of Books and Reading to the Scholastic Book Fair!

If you would like to donate funds to help a student at P.A.W.S. obtain a new book, please send donations attention to the P.A.W.S. Cares Team – Book Fair. Likewise, if you would like support in helping your child obtain a new book, kindly let us know. All requests go directly to the Director and are confidential.

Each month P.A.W.S. Director ‘Becca is available to chat with parents, answer questions, and share news and updates from the district. In addition, P.A.W.S. faculty and specialists, are on hand to talk and share their expertise with you and answer your questions, too!
Thursday, October 25th from 9:00-10:00 in the P.A.W.S. faculty room join ‘Becca and some of the Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists from P.A.W.S. for a presentation and conversation about self-regulation, the importance of physical activity, activities for home, exploring playgrounds, and more! A Message from the Cares Teams at PAWS, Fiske and Schofield:
We are excited to invite you and your little ones to our joint Halloween Pizza Playdate at the Barton Community Playground, Wellesley’s most colorful playground spanning 10,000 square feet! It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to have outdoor playtime and for parents to chat. Pizza and snacks will be provided! Here are the details:
Date: October 26, 2018 (Friday)
Time: 4:30-7pm
Location: Barton Community Playground, Barton Road, Wellesley.
*With Halloween coming up, we encourage kids to wear a costume to the playground (optional). 🙂
In addition to community-building initiatives such as our biannual Pizza Playdate, our common mission is to provide assistance and support for families needing help. Currently, we have a parent expecting a baby girl in November and we are rounding up gently-used baby items for the family. Would you or anyone you know have any of the follow gently-used items available to donate to the family in need?
Crib, Crib mattress, Crib bedding (girl), Bassinet/cradle, Bassinet/cradle mattress, Changing table, Changing table pad, size 1 diapers (she already has some newborns), baby girl clothing size 0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12 mos., Baby bath tub, high chair
