I hope you enjoyed the relatively warmer temperatures today! Please remember that we go outside whenever we can, so please send students dressed for outside play each day.
The first week of the breakfast program was a success. Thank you for ensuring that students eating breakfast arrive at school at 8:15 in order to have time to eat and get to class by 8:30.
As you may be aware, each spring students in grades 3-5 take the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS). The MCAS is a set of statewide standardized tests. Students in grades 3-5 take the MCAS in English language arts and math. In addition, students in grade 5 take a science, engineering and technology test. At the end of this email is the schedule of tests for your calendars.
