Dear Families,

I’m writing to share some important information about Artstravaganza, which is happening this Wednesday, February 12th. We invite all families to attend, whether for part or all of the event. No sign-up is required; however, we do ask that visitors sign in and out in the office.

Here are the key details:

Event Details:

  • Date & Time: Wednesday, 2/12, from 10:15 – 11:30 AM

  • Location: Main Hallway, Gym, Library, Cafeteria, and Music Room

  • Performance Order: The schedule of performances and assigned locations will be shared on Tuesday.

Artwork Drop-Off:
Students should bring their artwork, Legos, or other items to school on Tuesday, and drop them off in the library. Name tags will be available. Please ensure that all items are clearly labeled with your child’s name and class.

Costumes, Props, and Instruments:
Students should bring costumes, props, musical instruments, and sheet music to school on Wednesday, the day of the event.

Rehearsals:
Some performers were invited to attend a rehearsal via email. We encourage students to attend rehearsals to help them feel comfortable performing. If a student missed their Friday rehearsal, they may attend on Monday or Tuesday.
