Happy Friday! Thank you to the parents who joined us for our first PTO meetings of the year this week! We are excited about the upcoming events the PTO has planned for you and your children!
School Picture Day is coming!
Monday, September 16th – School Picture Day: PK4, PK1.3, PK2, PK6.3, PK3 and PK5
Tuesday, September 17th – School Picture Day: PK1.2, PK6.2, PK7 and PK8
Teddy Bear Picnic Kick-off Party with Ken the Music Man!

Thursday, September 19th – 5:30pm – 6:45pm in the Fiske Gym*

*Due to the current status of EEE and mosquitoes at dusk, just to be extra safe, we have moved the family picnic indoors and we have adjusted the time of the event, to ensure families can get home before sunset.
We will have an indoor Teddy Bear Picnic on September 19th in the gym at Fiske from 5:30-6:45! Through the generosity of the PAWS PTO, pizza will be provided, free of charge! Just bring your water bottles, a beach towel or picnic blanket to spread out, and a favorite stuffed animal! Get ready to meet new friends and enjoy music time with your special stuffy and Mr. Ken the Music Man!
Back to School Nights
Wednesday, September 18 – 5:00-5:45 for the PK7 and PK8, PAWS at Fiske, classrooms
Wednesday, September 25 – 6:00-7:00 – Back to School Night for PAWS classrooms PK1.2 and PK1.3, PK2, PK3, PK4, PK5 and PK6.2 and PK6.3 in the PAWS Building.
Back to School Night is a time to look around the classroom and take a peek at some of the materials and curriculum your children will use throughout the school year. You will also learn about our new Preschool Standards Based Report Card and learn about what your child’s day looks like. This is an event for grown-ups only.
Tea with ‘Becca
Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., we will welcome the Wellesley PAC to Tea with ‘Becca. Join us to learn more about this supportive organization for families of children with IEPs and 504s.
Thank you to the 5 parents who completed the Tea with ‘Becca survey! To help us determine future Tea with ‘Becca topics, please complete this brief survey. We will plan and structure future events to meet your needs and interests in the following months.
