- Educator sets two goals by November 1
- 1 professional practice goal
- 1 student learning goal
- Evaluator observations ≥ (greater than or equal to) 3 per year (5 total), 2 must be completed by January 10
- ≤ (less than or equal to) 2 days Educator & Evaluator have a conversation
- ≤ (less than or equal to) 2 days Educator completes post obs. form
- ≤ (less than or equal to) 2 days Evaluator makes comments on form
- Mid-Cycle Assessment due by January 15
- Summative Assessment due by May 1
