Both Wednesday June 17th and Friday June 19th are Noon Dismissal Days at Fiske School.
1.Fiske Used Book Fair is Coming Soon
Spring Cleaning? Don’t forget to save any gently used books (including board books) appropriate for pre-school to middle-school aged children. We’ll be collecting hundreds of books, sorting them and then each class will have the opportunity to shop the Used Book Sale and stock up on books for summer reading! Please no adult or older teen books, magazines or coloring books.
We will be collecting books in morning car line on June 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Or you can leave your donations on the porch of 79 Sheridan Road (corner of Hastings & Sheridan.) Volunteer to sort & sell (we have lots of fun) on sign up genius: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30eOf4aa5ac225-fiske
Teachers will sign up their classes to shop the Book Fair on June 4th & June 5th.

2.Field Day Notes from Mrs.Gerst
Hi Fiske Families, Here is the info on our Annual Fiske Field Day. The sign up genius link is at the bottom of this section. I will be including a more detailed write up about what Field Day is and how to best prepare your child for Field Day in the next couple of weeks. For anyone who wishes to volunteer for an entire session here is the information. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks for your support.
Thank you for your help with Field Day Friday May 29th.  The two session times are:

• Session I 8:40-10:00 am for grades 3, 4, and 5
• Session II 10:10-11:20 for grades K, 1 ,2 and the 5th graders are there to help at each station too.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to help make for a smooth transition and to allow time to find your station and to make sure you have all of your questions answered.  I have given a quick note on the station.  Once you sign up I will email you a more detailed description and map of the station.  Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it.
