Thank you to the Chaudhuri Family, Bedi Family, Behl Family, Chadha Family, Damodaran/Vinodkumar Family, Samal Family, Chavhan Family, Lavu Family, Goenka Family for providing lunch for the staff on Wednesday, November 7th in celebration of Diwali.
Next week many in our community celebrates Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving break starts on Wednesday, November 21st at 12:00 p.m. and students are back in school on Tuesday, November 20th. We appreciate families making every effort for their children to attend school until dismissal on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. The Fiske staff wishes you a wonderful Thanksgiving to you and your families. We are proud of your children and feel thankful for the pleasure of working with them each day. The Fiske Falcons are truly the best!

Fiske Turkey Stroll

The Student Council is at it again. On Wednesday, November 21st our Fiske Student Council will be hosting our annual Fiske Turkey Stroll around the back fields. The Student Council is asking students to bring one non-perishable food item to donate to the Wellesley Food Pantry. Collections should be brought to school on the morning of Turkey Stroll. These are some of the food items the food pantry is in most need of;

Canned salmon and canned sardines in oil

Canola or vegetable oil

Pasta sauce (in non-glass jars)
-
Jams and jellies (especially non-grape)

Laundry detergent
-
Coffee

The cold weather is here! Please remember to send your children in with the proper outdoor weather gear; hat, mittens, jacket, snow boots and snow pants. If your child is in need of any of these items please contact our Social Worker, Sara Berenson or school psychologist Sharon Grossman.
