Fiske Families,
The Fiske Turkey Trot is just around the corner. Today I had the pleasure of watching the 1K practicing for the big day. The Fiske Falcons are ready to FLY.

A Message from our PTO-Fiske Spirit Store is OPEN
The Fiske Spirit store is available for a limited time(Store Link /Password is Fiske). Take some time today or this weekend to place an order. We are offering two sweatshirts (hoodie and zip), the Fiske-fan-favorite tie-dye, and a very cool (potentially retro) raglan T-Shirt.
All items are available in child and adult sizes.
We have to hit a minimum number of orders as a school community to be able to fulfill the orders. So please order today (or this weekend) orders are due on Monday Nov 22nd!
A Message from our Fisketastic Fitness and Health Teacher Mrs. Gerst!
That’s a wrap for our rollerblading unit! This was such a celebration of being able to bring back the rollerblading unit to the 4th and 5th graders. We have done debriefs in classes and there is much growth mindset coming out of this unit. Many students were very nervous and now they feel much more confident in their ability to not only skate but to socially skate which is an incredible skill. I am incredibly proud of all of them, they worked so hard. Thank you to the families for helping the children to bring in their gear to school and thank you to the 4th and 5th grade classroom teachers for helping them to transition with all of their gear in tow.
Reminder: Please remember to pack extra masks in your child’s backpack. Many students require at least one mask change during the school day. The school has limited quantities available for staff and students.
Many parents have signed up for the COVID weekly testing program at Fiske. This program provides weekly pool testing and The Test and Stay Program. For more information please see the WPS School Webinar and Slide Presentation. If you are interested in signing up for the program please visit the CIC Health Website.
Have a lovely weekend!
