To Hardy parents and guardians
Recently you received an email from the Superintendent’s office regarding the Parent Portal. I am asking that you please take the few minutes it takes to update this portal so that our records are up to date, especially the emergency contact information. New Hardy parents who completed an Emergency Contact Information form when they registered their children must still go to the portal and check/update the information. Even if there are no changes to be made, please log in and hit submit so that we know you have seen the information and that it is correct; otherwise you will keep getting reminders from WPS. Last year only about half of Hardy families logged on and updated information, with the result that the school did not have correct emergency contacts information and creating additional work for the school nurse and myself.
