Hello Hardy families, *On Wednesday, 2nd-5th grade students enjoyed taking part in an instrumental music assembly

*On Thursday, we had student principal of the day, 2nd grader Harrison Duprey, help lead the school. Great job Harrison!

Save the date- Back to School Night  On Tuesday, September 19th, we will have Back to School Night. The schedule will be as follows: 5:45-6:05 PM-  Principal & PTO welcome in the gym 6:10-6:40 PM-  Kindergarten- Second grade classroom presentations 6:45-7:15 PM-  Third- Fifth grade classroom presentations *Babysitting will be offered in the library for a fee (fundraiser by the 5th grade committee). Reminder- School Council Parent representative We still have one parent representative vacancy on the School Council. The School Council meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month (Oct-May) from 7:45-8:30 AM over Zoom. The Council is comprised of the principal, a community representative, and an equal distribution of teachers and parents. Councils are tasked with assisting the principal by reviewing the school building budget and the school improvement plan. The Council also helps to support overall school improvement initiatives. Stay tuned for more information in next week’s principal letter.  PickUp Patrol – As a friendly reminder, parents are reminded to sign up for PickUp Patrol.
