Highlights from the past week:
On Wednesday, there was a CAS (Creative Arts & Sciences) program for our K-2 students. Presenter Sheryl Faye acted out a representation of Sally Ride, America’s first female astronaut.
Lunar New Year
As a reminder, we will have no school this upcoming Wednesday in celebration of Lunar New Year.
Report Card Information
On Friday after 3PM, parents will be able to go into the PowerSchool portal and view their child’s report card.
Recess Information During Winter
If the “real feel” temperature is 20 degrees or higher, we will go outside for recess. If there is snow on the ground, students can play in the snow as long as they have snow pants and boots. They can walk on the snow if they are wearing boots. If students do not have these items, students will play on the basketball court/paved areas.
School Spirit Day
This upcoming Friday we will have our Spirit Day for the month of January. Students are encouraged to wear their Husky gear or red & black clothing to school.
