Highlights from the Past Week
On Friday, we had a 5th grade Math-In as parents/guardians played highly engaging games with students that helped to promote math understanding.
Report Card Information
As we move into the midpoint of the school year, I wanted to reach out and provide you with important information and resources related to our Standards Based Report Card (SBRC). Report Cards will be available in the Parent Portal this Friday, January 30 at 3:00 pm.
Paper copies of the report card are no longer provided by each school. The Standards Based Report Card can be accessed using the Parent Portal. Please view the website for those directions.
Please reach out to the teacher if you cannot view your child’s report card on PowerSchool. If you need help logging into PowerSchool, please contact portal@wellesleyps.org for login assistance.
Feb. 2 – District Website Focus Group Opportunity
WPS parents and caregivers are invited to participate in an online focus group to share your insights on current WPS website needs, including accessibility, resource organization, and communication efficiency. The perspective of parents and caregivers is essential to building a platform that better serves our WPS community. The focus group will be held on Monday, February 2, from 7-8 p.m. on Zoom. Kindergarten Registration is Open!
Kindergarten registration is for children 5 years of age on or before August 31, 2026 is now open. Please see the Kindergarten Registration page for information and document requirements. Register ASAP! Families who complete the two-part registration process by March 1, 2026 will have the opportunity to attend a Kindergarten welcome event on the morning of March 7. Registration for Grades 1-12 will open February 7.
School Spirit Day
We’ll be having our School Spirit Day for the month of January this Friday. Students are invited to wear Hardy Husky spirit gear or red/black clothing to school.
