Aug. 30-Tu	Lemonade Party for Kindergarten Families, 12:30-1 p.m.
Aug. 30-Tu	Lemonade Party for New Families, 1:30-2:00 p.m.
Aug. 31-W	School begins for all students. Noon dismissal.
Aug. 31-Sept. 9	Kindergarten half-days
Sept. 5-M	Labor Day—NO SCHOOL
Sept. 12-M	Kindergarten schedule includes full days, except Wed. (always noon dismissal)
Sept. 14-W	Back to School Night, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Sept. 22-Th	School Picture Day
Sept. 24-Sa	Wild West Day at Fiske, 10 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

1.Welcome Back to Fiske!
Please remember to update your emergency information and directory & media permissions in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The portal is scheduled to close on September 9th.

2.New Lunch Schedule
First Lunch Shift is 11:25-12:05 for Grades 1 & 5
Second Lunch Shift is 12:05-12:45 for Grades K & 3
Third Lunch Shift is 12:45-1:25 for Grades 2 & 4

4.Principal Coffee Dates for 2016/17
All coffee dates have been scheduled for the last Wednesday of each month. They will be held from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

6.Fitness & Health Safety Reminder
Please make sure your children wear sneakers on their scheduled health and fitness days.

7.Tuesday, November 8, Election Day—There will be a 2 hour delay to the start of school. School will start at 10:30 a.m. and end at the regular time of 3:05 p.m.
