mage result for free clip art rollerblading

Rollerblading Unit

Rollerblading will begin September 23th for the 4th and 5th graders.  During their Fitness and Health classes students will learn to rollerblade.  Our goal is to have all students be able to socially rollerblade confidently. This is a very exciting unit for the students.  Fiske provides all of the gear from the rollerblades to the safety equipment (elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards) to helmets. We sanitize the equipment after each class.  Your child may bring in their own gear from home. The helmets need to fit their heads properly and be able to fasten underneath their chin and everything needs to be labeled with their name on it. Place all of the gear in a bag. Then clip the helmet on the straps. This will allow for them to carry their equipment safely.  I highly recommend bringing in their own helmets, it fits them the best.
