We can’t believe that the Auction is THIS SATURDAY!!! Thank you all for your support as we’ve prepared for this amazing event – it’s been an incredible journey and we can’t wait to share that night with all of you!
Here are a few quick reminders:
TICKETS
If you haven’t purchased your tickets to the Auction on May 13th at The Verve, you can do so HERE. (Purchasing a ticket does not register you for online bidding…)
BIDDING
Every individual MUST pre-register online (HERE) in order to bid – just click the green “Start Bidding” button on the lefthand side of the page to begin the registration process. As a reminder, you are able to participate in the online Silent Auction even if you do not attend the Auction event on the 13th.
Also, for Auction attendees – be sure to bring your fully-charged Smartphone or iPad to the Auction, along with the custom bidding link sent to you from Greater Giving when you registered for online bidding. This will be how you bid on most of the items throughout the night.
ATTIRE
The theme of the night is “Hardy School Spirit”. Wear your “Hardy” T-Shirt and jeans; your favorite red, white, or black dress; or any of your RED, WHITE, OR BLACK attire. There is no right or wrong here – just be comfortable!
LONG’S JEWELERS RAFFLE
Don’t forget to buy your raffle tickets (HERE) for a chance to win a $2,500 gift card to Long’s Jewelers! You do not have to be present at the Auction to win. Only 50 tickets will be sold, so first-come, first-served.
TEACHER EXPERIENCE RAFFLE
It’s not too late to enter the Teacher Experience Raffle. Find more information and an editable ticket form HERE. Turn in to the school office (with a check made payable to “Hardy PTO”) by May 12th or purchase tickets onsite at the Auction on the 13th.
