Dear Hardy Families,

Looking forward to seeing many of you over zoom for our virtual Back to School Night! See more information below.

Arrival Procedures – Phase 2:
This week we are adjusting our arrival procedures and students will be supervised in designated line up areas by different assigned entrances. These areas will be clearly marked to promote social distancing. Teachers have reviewed the location of the new designated line up areas with students so they have a clear understanding of the new procedures. We will also have additional staff members present to help direct students to their assigned line up locations this week. Please see the designated locations by grade and class below.

Kindergarten:
KC & KB – area by the drop off/pick up loop by the enclosed fence area that goes directly into the Kindergarten classroom wing.
1st grade:
1L – area in front of stairs leading into classroom.
1B – area in front of stairs leading into classroom
2nd grade:
2HL & 2C – area by the drop off/pick up loop by the door closest to the stairwell.
3rd grade:
3P & 3M – area outside of the gym doors.
4th grade:
4T & 4M – area outside the library doors (off to the right side, in a designated area closest to the grassy area with the picnic table).
5th grade:
5S – area outside their classroom door behind the building.
5A – area by the drop off/pick up loop by the door closest to the elevator.

Car Line Reminders:
Please click here to see this helpful video that was created last year to help teach community members about car line procedures. Hopefully by everyone following these rules, we can make the car line efficient and safe for our students!
