Dear Hardy families,
Highlights from the past week:
*On Wednesday, the Tanglewood Marionettes performed at Hardy. K-1st graders enjoyed seeing “Sleeping Beauty” and 2nd-5th graders enjoyed seeing “Perseus & Medusa.”
*We had an all-school assembly led by our 1st graders. As part of this assembly, students learned that they can make Hardy and the world a better place by using their voices and their hands.
*On Friday, we had a School Spirit Day. Go Huskies!
First graders showing their Hardy spirit!
Library volunteers
Do you love our library? The Hardy Library is looking for Volunteers!!
Happy Spring! The Hardy Library is looking to welcome a few more volunteers for the remainder of our school year. Volunteers are welcome to come in at a set time each week or for a day or two as available. We’re flexible and looking forward to sharing our library with parents and families!
If you are interested in volunteering in the Library, please email Mrs. Sheehan: sheehanl@wellesleyps.org
Mass Walk, Ride, and Roll to School Day
On Wednesday, we will be participating in the Massachusetts walk, ride, and roll to school day. Students are invited to participate in this event that promotes physical fitness and being green.
Mismatch Day
On Friday, we will be having our next 5th grade planned Spirit Day. Students are invited to wear their favorite mismatched outfits to school. Examples include polka dots and stripes, formal and casual. Hopefully this will be a fun day for all!
Have a great week!
Respectfully yours,
Grant Smith
