Hello Hardy
Highlights from the past week:
*On Friday, we had a School Spirit Day. Students wore Hardy gear and red colored clothing to school.
*A new bulletin board featuring our current schoolwide CASEL competency that we are focused on – responsible decision making, was posted in the hallway. Hopefully this will help support the lessons that are taking place in classrooms.
*On Friday, we had a Memorial Day program. As part of this, we recited the Pledge of Allegiance, had a moment of silence, heard about the significance of Memorial Day, sang “Grand Old Flag,” and heard “Taps” performed. This served as a fitting tribute to the memory of the service men and women who lost their lives serving our country.
International Night
We are excited to be hosting International Night this upcoming Wednesday at 5:30 PM. In keeping with our current school-day practices in which we are eating lunch/snack outside, we will be serving food from the outside of the gym area. Also parents in attendance are asked to wear masks when they are in the gym for this event.
Spring Concert
On Friday at 8:45 AM, we will have our Spring Concert. Parents of our performing students are invited to the the gym for this event. Parents in attendance are asked to wear masks for this event.
