We are so grateful for your willingness to embrace us with open arms as our new school was under construction. We would not be moving in this past week if it were not for your generosity and support. International Social-Emotional Learning Day
This Friday is International Social-Emotional Learning Day! We are celebrating all week with special morning announcements and a kindness wall where students can showcase how others at Hardy have shown kindness to them.This is a chance to celebrate the work your child is doing to build important life skills like setting goals, handling big feelings, being kind to others, and solving problems. Redistricting/Elementary Transfer Option Information
On Thursday, the district sent out a letter to families that outlined information about redistricting and the revised elementary transfer option plan that was approved by the Wellesley School Committee this past week:
Library volunteers
The Hardy Library is looking for additional family volunteers to help each week in our library. Our library circulates hundreds of books a week that need to be checked in, reshelved, and sometimes repaired in order to be made available for students. There are also several other projects such as covering and labeling books, helping with shelf organization, assisting with weeding old books, etc.
We are looking for volunteers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. If you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to Mrs. Sheehan: sheehanl@wellesleyps.org. We are so grateful for your interest and would welcome your help in the library!
