Dear Hunnewell,
It’s hard to believe that we are in May. We are working to get all of our end-of-year activities on the calendar and without a field, it is a tad more challenging.
Devin needs full use of the blacktop, playground, gymnasium and cafeteria to make Field Day work, which limits us to Wednesdays. With kindergarten screenings on May 22, the grade 5 Hale field trip on the 29th, and the Improv Asylum on June 5, we are going to have Field Day, Wednesday May 15.
Grades 2 and 3: 8:50-9:40
Grades K and 1: 9:50-10:40
Grades 4 and 5: 10:40-11:50
Devin has assigned each class a color:
KL- Orange
KM- Blue
1M- White
1S- Red
2C- Green
2M- Yellow
3D- Orange
3M-Blue
4C- White
4P- Red
5H- Tees from 5th Grade Trip
5S- Tees from 5th grade trip
With the full use of the cafeteria and gym, we will not have a lot of standing room inside, so please be mindful of taking turns with parents, so that all can see their child in action!
