Dear Sprague Families,

Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend full of rest and relaxation!

Surveillance Testing – Tuesdays

  • Surveillance testing continues on Tuesdays

Traffic and Safety

  • Your continued help is needed, please

  • School Street is home to various residents with children

  • As a result, during school hours, students are walking from their homes to Sprague School to start their day

  • During school hours, it has been observed and noted that cars are quickly turning in to the Sprague entrance and stop signs are often disregarded

  • Your help and diligence when entering and exiting the school grounds is needed!

  • Please continue to drive with caution as many students and families can be found walking to school in many areas, but specifically in the School Street area

  • Thank you for your support!

COVID Practices, Please

  • Per the Superintendent’s Friday afternoon message, there is a noted uptick in identified COVID cases this week

  • We please ask that diligence remains in place for the health and safety of all

  • Get vaccinated and receive a booster if you are eligible

  • Do not come to school if you exhibit any COVID-related symptoms, even if mild

  • Wear a properly-fitting mask while indoors at school

  • Wear a mask when you attend large indoor gatherings or participate in indoor activities, such as shopping, when you don’t know the vaccination status of those around you

  • Practice social distancing where possible, particularly when not wearing a mask

  • Thank you!

Is there a Need during the Holiday?

  • Knowing the holiday season can be a challenging time financially, I encourage any family that is in need (i.e. support with meals, gift giving to children), please contact me directly

  • Please email me directly and confidentiality is always at the root of this work petrowskyl@wellesleyps.org
