Dear Sprague/PAWS,
Happy 100th Birthday, Sprague!
Sprague Elementary School celebrated its 100th birthday with such fanfare and pizazz. Each grade level spent time researching, studying, recording, and presenting facts about Sprague over its 100 year time span and their hard work paid off in many ways. I am always proud of the Sprague students and staff. In addition to Sprague families joining for the momentous occasion, we also had other guests including a former Sprague student from 60 years ago!
Thank you to everyone for having the students dress in their Sprague gear. The room was a sea of Sprague’s colors – black and red – in honor of the special day. Thank you to Kelsey Morgan, Julie Covino-Vogel, Bry Tartamella, and Faina Spivak for their passion and dedication to this project. We could not have done it without you.
Here’s to 100 more years!
As the holidays approach, on behalf of Sprague, I wish everyone a warm holiday season and well-deserved break. Welcome 2025!
