Description: Students will learn the basics of real estate sales and rental transactions. They will learn the steps needed to begin a career in real estate and the common tools used by agents. They will also have the opportunity to explore how mortgages work including how your credit can affect your ability to get a loan. Each meeting will consist of interactive activities and discussions with the possibility of taking a field trip to local open houses and job sites.
