Dear Sprague Community,

This is a busy week at Sprague. We have our Back to School Night for parents tomorrow evening. This is an opportunity for parents to meet their child’s teacher and learn about grade level expectations. Students do not attend this event. Here is the schedule:

6:30-7:00–  Classroom presentations by teachers—Grades 3, 4, 5

7:05-7:25–  School  Presentation by Principal in the Gym-All grades

7:30-8:00–  Classroom presentations by teachers—Grades K, 1, 2

Stop by the Literacy, Math, Spanish FLES, and ELL tables in the lobby for information about those programs. The PTO will also have a table with information about how you can get involved! We look forward to seeing parents and guardians tomorrow night—Wednesday, September 12th.

Meet our new nurse!

An introduction to Christine Babicz  –   School Nurse

First I’d like to say I’m so excited to be here at Sprague School.  I have already met so many wonderful people.

I have been a nurse for 27 years.  I’ve been fortunate to work for  Beth Israel Hospital, United HealthCare, Norwood Hospital, and Medway Public Schools.

I love to be outside, particularly in the woods or mountains.  Some of my favorite things are  hiking, biking, paddle boarding, yoga, cross country skiing, and walking my dogs.  I have 4 teenagers, 2 dogs, 1 cat, lots of fish, and a husband too…..I need lots of yoga and time outside
