Dear Sprague Community,
Kudos to WEF for putting on an AMAZING “STEM Expo” over the weekend. I was in the Robot Zoo up in the gym and saw many Sprague students and families.
Lost and Found
Please check out the Lost and Found this week. We moved the items to a display table in the hallway for the past two weeks, hoping parents would recognize lost items when they came in for parent conferences. We have lots of winter items and will be donating all unclaimed items during the April vacation.
Yearbooks
If you are new to Sprague, you may not have ever seen our Yearbook. It is a beautiful collection of photos and memories from the school year. Our PTO committee has been working on it for this year. It takes a lot of time and energy and the PTO generously purchases a yearbook for each student. We give them out at the very end of the school year.
Last Day
Because we only had one snow day, the last day of school is scheduled for June 14th. It is a Friday. When the last day of school falls on a Thursday or Friday, we do not have a half day on Wednesday that week because the last day is always an early release day with a 12:00 dismissal.
Food Drive is coming up
The 5thgraders will support a Food Drive to benefit the Wellesley Food Pantry from May 3-10. We will send specific requests for items by grade level after the vacation week.
