Dear Parents,

I hope you and your families are healthy and well.  For the purposes of medication pick up only, Sprague School will be open up on Friday May 8, 2020.  If you feel that you have adequate medication at home and do not anticipate needing this medication until school re-opens then it is fine to leave the medication at school.  Once school reopens in the fall, we can work together to obtain current medication orders and replace any expired medication.

If you plan to pick up your child’s medication:

  1. Please email me at babiczc@wellesleyps.org by 4pm Wednesday May 6th with your intent to pick up the medication

  2. No requests will be accepted after 4:00pm on May 6th

  3. If you are ill or unable to pick up your child’s medication, please indicate in your email an alternate adult who will pick up the medication for you

  4. This will be a one time event – no exceptions

  5. The medication times will be every 10 minutes from 9:30-12:30, please email the time that works best for you

Pick up Procedure:

  • Arrive at the scheduled time for pick-up

  • Line up as if you are in carline for regular pick up

  • Please have your family name visible on the windshield

  • Everyone MUST remain in their car at all times

  • Please open rear driver side window of back seat or pop the trunk

  • Medication will already be in a brown paper bag

  • I will approach your car and place the medication into your car

Thank you so much for your cooperation with these procedures.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Christine Babicz
