Dear Sprague,
I hope it was a weekend to remember!
Reminders:
1. Tuesday, October 27th is a 1/2 day with dismissal at 12:00 pm.
2. Halloween Spirit Days – to celebrate Halloween with some spirit, Thursday, October 29th (Cohort A) and Friday, October 30th (Cohort B) will be Halloween Spirit days at Sprague. Students and staff are encouraged to wear Halloween colors (black, orange, purple, green) and/or a Halloween shirt that shows spirit! Please no costumes and this is an optional event.
3. Weather – this week’s weather looks less than promising. Please remember to dress students in warmer clothing as it looks as though fall has arrived. In addition, we will remain outside during the morning drop-off even if there is rain. An umbrella and rain clothes are always encouraged. We will continue to push the rain limits during lunch and recess times. However, if the weather is unbearable, lunch will be held in the gym with the possibility of an indoor recess. Of course, our eyes will remain on the forecast daily.
