Absence/Tardy/Dismissal Reporting Form

WMS uses an online form for reporting all Absences, Tardies, and Dismissals. Please provide at least a half hour notification for Dismissals. You may bookmark this form as an icon on your phone using this video tutorial.

Green and gray Yondr pouch Yondr Pouches – No Smart Device at School Form

If your child is NOT planning to bring a smart device (e.g., cell phone, smart watch) to school all year, please fill out the following No Smart Device Form.

Note: All students will be issued a Yondr pouch regardless of whether they currently own a smart device or not. Completing this form will allow school staff to quickly and efficiently identify your student’s device-at-school status as they enter the building each day.

ParentSquare (PSQ)

WPS is transitioning our mass communication platform for emails, calls, and text messages from SchoolMessenger to ParentSquare. ParentSquare uses 1 email address and 1 phone number from PowerSchool for each parent/guardian/caregiver. Please check your contact information in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and delete any outdated phone numbers or emails. Learn more about ParentSquare (PSQ).

~Lunch: 6, 8, 7

7th grade students in Ms. Moore’s tutoring program, please report directly to the library after school today.

For 8th grade girls interested in playing on the WMS basketball team this winter, please attend a meeting today at 2:45 pm in the cafeteria.

Additionally, there will be a separate meeting today for girls in grades 6, 7 and 8 interested in playing on the WMS ice hockey team this winter at 2:45 pm in the cafeteria. 

The middle school fall musical, Something Rotten, Jr. is this week! You can purchase tickets on the performing arts website ahead of time at wellesleyps.org/performingarts, or at the door with cash or check.  Performances are Thursday, November 20th at 4:30 pm, Friday November 21st at 7:00 pm, and Saturday November 22nd at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  All students attending without an adult chaperone will be seated in the student section.  Concessions will be available for purchase, cash only. 

The bus to Boston will leave at 3:30 today.  The late bus in Wellesley also leaves at 3:30. All students need to listen for the PA announcements for their departure from WMS.
