Absence/Tardy/Dismissal Reporting Form

WMS uses an online form for reporting all Absences, Tardies, and Dismissals. Please provide at least a half hour notification for Dismissals. You may bookmark this form as an icon on your phone using this video tutorial.

Green and gray Yondr pouch Yondr Pouches – No Smart Device at School Form

If your child is NOT planning to bring a smart device (e.g., cell phone, smart watch) to school all year, please fill out the following No Smart Device Form.

Note: All students will be issued a Yondr pouch regardless of whether they currently own a smart device or not. Completing this form will allow school staff to quickly and efficiently identify your student’s device-at-school status as they enter the building each day.

ParentSquare (PSQ)

WPS is transitioning our mass communication platform for emails, calls, and text messages from SchoolMessenger to ParentSquare. ParentSquare uses 1 email address and 1 phone number from PowerSchool for each parent/guardian/caregiver. Please check your contact information in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and delete any outdated phone numbers or emails. Learn more about ParentSquare (PSQ).

Congratulations to Ada Pan for correctly answering the Library Question of the Week: “Which U.S. state sees the most snowfall each year?” The answer is Alaska! Great job, Ada. Please come to the library to claim your prize. Thanks to everyone else who participated. The Library Question of the Week will resume after the winter break!”

Lost and found is piling up again. Please check the table outside the main office for any items you may have lost. Older items may be donated over the December break.

Today is the Friday before our Winter Break. Students, please be reminded to monitor your own behaviors and remember it is a school day. No running, yelling or horseplay in the hallways is allowed. Please be kind and respectful to your classmates and adults. All staff, please ensure that our students are on their continued best behavior.

There will be no 3:30 pm bus to Boston today. All students riding to Boston will be taking the 2:30 pm bus. The late bus in Wellesley will leave at 3:30 pm.
