Absence/Tardy/Dismissal Reporting Form

WMS uses an online form for reporting all Absences, Tardies, and Dismissals. Please provide at least a half hour notification for Dismissals. You may bookmark this form as an icon on your phone using this video tutorial.

Green and gray Yondr pouch Yondr Pouches – No Smart Device at School Form

If your child is NOT planning to bring a smart device (e.g., cell phone, smart watch) to school all year, please fill out the following No Smart Device Form.

Note: All students will be issued a Yondr pouch regardless of whether they currently own a smart device or not. Completing this form will allow school staff to quickly and efficiently identify your student’s device-at-school status as they enter the building each day.

ParentSquare (PSQ)

WPS is transitioning our mass communication platform for emails, calls, and text messages from SchoolMessenger to ParentSquare. ParentSquare uses 1 email address and 1 phone number from PowerSchool for each parent/guardian/caregiver. Please check your contact information in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and delete any outdated phone numbers or emails. Learn more about ParentSquare (PSQ).

~Today is Monday December 22, 2025, Day 3

~Block rotation: C, A, B, Advisory, D, G, E, F

~Lunch: 6, 7, 8

There will be no 3:30 pm bus to Boston today. All students riding to Boston will be taking the 2:30 pm bus. The late bus in Wellesley will leave at 3:30 pm.

Tomorrow, Tuesday at 2:29 we will begin December/January Break. There will be no afternoon activities and therefore no Boston or Wellesley late buses except for our WMS boys and girls basketball teams. Please check with your coaches, but we believe you do have practices. Check your Boston bus schedules for any departure times after practices. The library will also be closed after school. All other students should plan to leave the building immediately at the 2:29 dismissal bell. If you have a challenge with this time, please come down to the main office.

Students, please be reminded to monitor your own behaviors and remember it is a school day. No running, yelling or horseplay in the hallways is allowed. Please be kind and respectful to your classmates and adults. All staff, please ensure that our students are on their continued best behavior.
