Absence/Tardy/Dismissal Reporting Form

WMS uses an online form for reporting all Absences, Tardies, and Dismissals. Please provide at least a half hour notification for Dismissals. You may bookmark this form as an icon on your phone using this video tutorial.

Green and gray Yondr pouch Yondr Pouches – No Smart Device at School Form

If your child is NOT planning to bring a smart device (e.g., cell phone, smart watch) to school all year, please fill out the following No Smart Device Form.

Note: All students will be issued a Yondr pouch regardless of whether they currently own a smart device or not. Completing this form will allow school staff to quickly and efficiently identify your student’s device-at-school status as they enter the building each day.

The Answer to yesterday’s Black History Month trivia question is: Southern Christian Leadership Conference or SCLC, the name of the organization founded by Martin Luther King, Jr. Today’s question is: What is Malcom X’s birth name? If you think you know the answer, come down to the main office to make your guess. Stay tuned tomorrow for the answer and a new question.

Today is an Early Release Day. Teachers will be in department meetings so all students must leave the building at the 11:21 dismissal. There will be no late buses to Boston or Wellesley. 

All students who are going into town today, please remember that you are representing yourself, your families, neighborhoods, and our school. You have been given the privilege of independence and you must show that you can manage it. Please be respectful to each other as well as to store employees, other shoppers, and clean up after yourselves, especially after you eat.
