Absence/Tardy/Dismissal Reporting Form

WMS uses an online form for reporting all Absences, Tardies, and Dismissals. Please provide at least a half hour notification for Dismissals. You may bookmark this form as an icon on your phone using this video tutorial.

Green and gray Yondr pouch Yondr Pouches – No Smart Device at School Form

If your child is NOT planning to bring a smart device (e.g., cell phone, smart watch) to school all year, please fill out the following No Smart Device Form.

Note: All students will be issued a Yondr pouch regardless of whether they currently own a smart device or not. Completing this form will allow school staff to quickly and efficiently identify your student’s device-at-school status as they enter the building each day.

ParentSquare (PSQ)

WPS is transitioning our mass communication platform for emails, calls, and text messages from SchoolMessenger to ParentSquare. ParentSquare uses 1 email address and 1 phone number from PowerSchool for each parent/guardian/caregiver. Please check your contact information in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and delete any outdated phone numbers or emails. Learn more about ParentSquare (PSQ).

It’s time to test your Harry Potter knowledge in the Library Question of the Week! This week’s question: “What is the winter-themed ball featured in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire called?” Submit your answer by scanning the QR code directly outside the library. The winner will be announced Friday. Good luck!”

The Puzzle Club is canceled today after school, but will meet on Thursday instead.

Today is the last chance to audition for a musical at WMS this year! Students auditioning for Footloose today should come to the auditorium right after school. See you there!

7th grade students in Ms. Moore’s tutoring program, please report directly to the library after school today.

The Business Club is meeting today after school instead of Thursday.

For girls who are registered to play on the WMS ice hockey team this winter, there will be a final meeting today at 2:45 pm in the cafeteria. 

The Cooking Club will be meeting on Thursday this week instead of Wednesday.

The bus to Boston will leave at 3:30 today.  The late bus in Wellesley also leaves at 3:30. All students need to listen for the PA announcements for their departure from WMS.
