TODAY IS DAY 1
*FOR GRADES 7: From Tuesday – Friday this week, with different Clusters going each day, the 7th graders will participate in a self-guided
tour of the JFK Museum in Dorchester. Here’s who is going on what day:
Tuesday, May 14 (Cluster M), Wednesday, May 15 (Cluster WMS), Thursday, May 16 (Cluster W) and Friday, May 17 (Cluster R & S.) Grade 7, please wear comfortable
clothes (your mini marathon or yellow t-shirt would help your chaperones see you easier.) Students, please bring a bag lunch (no glass bottles please.) No cell phones or iPads are allowed. No backpack is needed.
*Attention 8th Graders: You will be taking the STE MCAS tests tomorrow and Wednesday this week. 8th graders, please get a good night’s sleep tonight and bring a healthy snack with you to school tomorrow.
*Congratulations to the 7th grade Band & Chorus for their stellar performances at their competition on Friday. The Band earned a rating of “Excellent” from the judges and the Chorus earned a “Superior” rating. We’re so proud of all of your accomplishments!
*Grade 8 Chorus will be going to the State House on Friday, May 17th.
6th, 7th & 8th grade Jazz Band members will be performing at Quincy Market on Friday. Attendance for these students will be marked in PowerSchool.
*Video Game & Card Club will meet today after school in Room 241.
INTRAMURALS TODAY: Ping Pong is in Gym A, Open Gym is in Gym B and the Fitness Center is open to all.
