TODAY IS DAY 3
Attention 8th Graders: Here is your schedule for today:
*Period 1: Line up & Processional Rehearsal. Homerooms should report to their positions in the hallways for the processional.
*Period 2: Elective classes
*Period 3: Ceremony Rehearsal – Homerooms should line up in their positions in the hallways. We will then process in and then rehearse
homeroom recognition for the actual ceremony. Then we will rehearse the recessional into the gym and talk about the clap-out.
*Grade 8 Lunch – BBQ Lunch on the Front Lawn (Location TBD)
*Period 6: Yearbook Signing in Homerooms. Make sure you bring a ball point pen or thin Sharpie for yearbook signing.
*Period 7: Ice Cream Social in the Cafeteria

*Ms. Fine’s period 3 Drama class will meet in room 305 today.
*Library books are still missing! If you have one, bring it back to the library as soon as possible. The Library will be closed to students from
9 am – 11 am today for a meeting. And, as a reminder, the library will be closed before and after school for the remainder of the year.
*The Book Fair will be held in the Library today and tomorrow. The Book fair will mostly have books from the entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade
summer reading lists.
*Rube Goldberg Machine Exhibit: Sixth grade science students and teachers would like to invite you and your students to view our projects
and see our presentations during the annual Rube Goldberg Machine exhibits Tuesday, June 11th during Period 1, starting at 8:15 am and
continuing through Period 2, ending at 9:30 am. Hope to see you there!
*Attention 6th & 7th grade chorus members: Your after school rehearsal is today in the auditorium.
*Attention 6th Graders: During homeroom tomorrow morning, you will have time to clean out your lockers. Homerooms will be extended 10
minutes longer tomorrow for 6th grade classes only.
*Stage Crew Club will be meeting in the Drama room, room 363 today and NOT in the auditorium.
*Attention all Football players: There will be a meeting today, June 11th, after school at 2:30 pm in the cafeteria for all 8th and 9th grade football
players.
*If you had art work in the town library show, please pick it up from either of 2 places: *From your art teachers for metals and ceramic work
*Outside of the art rooms for painting, digital art and photography
*If you have a woodworking project to pick up, please pick it up by the end of the day tomorrow.
