Tonight is the Jazz Step-Up Concert at 7 p.m. in the Wellesley High School Auditorium. Come and hear the talented students of the WMS Monday and Tuesday Jazz Bands perform along with the Wellesley High School Jazz Ensembles. It’s going to be a fantastic night of music.
Attention 8th Graders …We are looking for students to submit an 8 1/2 by 11 original design for this year’s banner! Every year an 8th grade student designs a class banner that represents their journey at WMS. The selected artwork will be on the cover of the Grade 8 completion Ceremony. All submissions need to be in the Main Office by Friday May 13th!
This Wednesday is an Early Release Day. It will be an odd day schedule. The day will begin with Period 1 and no Advisory. Please plan on leaving the school at the last bell. There will be no club meetings and Intramurals are canceled. Teachers will not be available to meet due to department meetings.
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. There will be a table outside the cafeteria at all lunches today and Thursday with blank note cards that students can fill out to show their teacher appreciation and to thank them for all they do. The notes will be delivered to teachers at the end of each day.
