There will be an informational meeting for all 8th Grade boys interested in joining the MS Ice Hockey team after school today in the cafeteria.
On Sunday the 8th grade chorus performed for about 7,000 people at the Providence Bruins hockey game in Providence Rhode Island. They sang “God Bless America” in four part harmony to help kick off the game. Afterward, they enjoyed the game with behavior that reflects our community’s core values of kindness and respect which made their teachers and parents very proud. Congrats to you all! We look forward to hearing you sing again as a school community on the Friday before winter break!”
Our 26th Annual WMS Turkey Promenade is this Wednesday November 23rd. Bring your donations to your Advisory classrooms today, tomorrow and Wednesday. For donation suggestions, please see the list on the board outside the Main Office. Information was also sent to families last week via email. For more information on the Turkey Promenade, please see the Fitness & Health website.
Just a reminder that Wednesday is a half day for students, teachers, and the Main Office. All students need to make arrangements to be off school grounds at 11:30. If for some reason you will be waiting to be picked after 11:30, please check in with the Main Office so that we know you are still in the building.
