Congratulations to our Middle School Orchestra students for an outstanding Spring Concert last night!  The 6th, 7th and 8th grade orchestras all performed a variety of music during the evening including music from The Nutcracker Suite.  The evening concluded with a combined 7th and 8th grade orchestra playing the original piece “Ventus” by Todd Parrish.  Congratulations to all of our orchestra members for a great night of music!

Today, we are very excited to be having our first all-school assembly in honor of Memorial Day. For our assembly today, please note the following expectations:

  • All students and staff must enter the Auditorium in complete silence. This act is to show our respect to those who sacrificed their lives for our country.

  • All seats must be filled in, do not leave gaps.

  • Staff, you may reserve a seat for yourself, but please give it up, if you’re able, if additional seats are needed. No students should be standing.

  • Upon arrival, all students need to remain standing.

  • All students will report directly to their Advisory after C Block. You will be called to the Auditorium by team. Please respond to the PA prompt, as your entrance is strategically timed.

  • Do not exit until you are instructed. You will leave the auditorium in silence, and stay silent until you get back into your classroom.

We appreciate your attention to these expectations. We look forward to a memorable school wide experience.

ALL SUBMISSIONS for the 8th Grade Banner are due TODAY!!  Thanks to all the talented artists who have submitted their drawings.

Have a good day everyone!
