Today is the last day of auditions for The Drowsy Chaperone, Jr.! If you want to be in the show, you must audition today, as we cannot cast anyone who does not audition. All auditionees should come to Room 204 right after school. Break a leg!
Picture retakes and makeups with Coffee Pond will take place today. If you are getting your picture retaken, please bring the original packet you received to the photo shoot.
6th grade METCO tutoring will take place right after school today. Please report directly to the library.
For 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls interested in playing on the WMS Ice Hockey team this winter, there will be another meeting today after school in the cafeteria with Coach Campbell.
Our WMS First LEGO Challenge Team, now in its third year, is wrapping up another strong season! Last Saturday, two teams competed against 40 other New England teams.

Our Red and Black teams were 9th and 10th, respectively, out of 42 teams competing in robot skills matches.

Team Red won 2nd place for “Robotics Performance”. This award recognizes robots with innovative design and thoughtfully constructed attachments to solve the challenges.
In addition, our very own WMS teacher, Mr. Kelly won a competition he didn’t even know he was competing in! Mr. Kelly, of over 80 mentors, won the Mentor 2024 award! We also want to thank Mr. Foley for supporting our program and students all season.
