The answer to Friday’s Black History Month trivia: Jamie Foxx was the 3rd African-American male to win an Oscar for Lead Actor in a Motion Picture for his role in the movie King Richard. Today’s trivia question is: Madame C.J. Walker was the first Black woman to become a millionaire after she invented a line of what? If you think you know the answer, come down to the main office to make a guess. Stay tuned tomorrow for the answer and a new trivia question.
WMS Spirit Week starts today with WMS colors and Raiders spirit wear. Tuesday is “Anything but a Backpack”. Carry your supplies in something small and creative. Please consider hallways and classroom safety when making your choices. We look forward to seeing your small yet creative ideas tomorrow.
The bus to Boston will leave at 3:30 today. The late bus in Wellesley also leaves at 3:30. All students need to listen for the PA announcement for their departure from WMS.
