Today is the day! Come to the Auditorium at 7pm tonight to see the Mozart cast perform the WMS spring play, Soundscapes. Can’t make it tonight? We’ve got another show tomorrow, also at 7pm! All shows are free, no need for a ticket. Just come on by!
Calling all artists…if you would like your work honored on the Auditorium walls in the form of your 8th grade banner…submit a drawing by TOMORROW!! See the bulletin board outside the Main Office for details.
Attention all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys: Come meet the Wellesley Varsity Boys Volleyball team and learn from them how to play volleyball! All skill levels are welcome including those just beginning! Sessions will be held Fridays May 16th, and May 30th at Wellesley High School from 3:30-4:30.
MCAS Science Session II is today for Grade 8. At this time all 8th graders should be in Advisory. All 6th and 7th graders should be in Block G. The testing period will last from approximately 7:45 – 10:30 a.m. As a reminder, no iPads should be used outside of the test itself. Time outside of the classroom for grade 8 should be highly monitored by teacher discretion and kept to an absolute minimum. Grades 6 and 7: please be very quiet in the halls when passing between periods. Bells will remain on throughout the entirety of the day.
There is a Faculty Meeting after school today. All students must plan to leave the building immediately at the 2:29 dismissal bell. There will be no afternoon activities and therefore no Boston or Wellesley late buses. There will be no 8th grade tutoring for students in Ms. Moore’s tutoring program. The library will also be closed after school.
